Yoga with Katie

Monday is an exciting day at Daisy Chain because this is the day our lovely Yoga teacher Katie comes to see us. Yoga helps young children to develop their body and spacial awareness whilst also learning how to use their bodies in a healthy and active way. Yoga helps children to manage stress through breathing, awareness and meditation. The children learn to build concentration as it requires holding poses. Children are able to use breathing to channel their emotions in a calm and quiet environment
